The Association Vision Plan provides its members with savings of up to 50% on retail prices on eyewear, lenses (single or multi-focal), frames (including designer frames), contact lenses, prescription and non-prescription sunglasses, and accessories.

SERVICES:

There are no claim forms, deductibles or waiting periods with the Vision Plan provided through Outlook Vision. There is no limit on the amount of your purchases or the number of times you use the vision program during the year. Simply present your membership card, with the Outlook Vision logo on the back, at a participating optical center, and you will automatically be charged the reduced rates. You may use a participating doctor or your own doctor for your eye exam. Optometric exam fees are not covered by the Association Vision Plan.

You can also save up to 50% on replacement contact lenses through Outlook Vision’s mail order service. Simply call the Lens Direct number, and identify yourself as an Outlook Vision member. The representative will quote the price for your contact lenses and explain how to place your order.
